I grew up feeling rejected and turned to alcohol. Despite earning well in the UK, pride and addiction controlled me. A visa issue forced us back to the Philippines, where financial struggles, failed businesses, and debt drained everything. In Hong Kong, I wasted 8 more years in addiction while my daughter suffered from skin asthma for 14 years. Drowning in debt, I felt hopeless—until I made a pact with God. As I put Him first, I learned to forgive and my life transformed. Today, I’m debt-free, my home is complete, I have extra income, and my daughter is healed. Free from addiction and pride, I now live in peace.

My son battled epilepsy, and his medication slowed his learning, leading to depression. I refused to let that define his future. With faith, love, and perseverance, I helped him rise above it. He dreamed of a BSIT degree at an expensive university, but as an OFW’s child, he was ineligible for a full scholarship. My brother, who worked there, said he had no chance. But I believed. Through the Pact with God, I fought with faith for a year. His grades soared, he passed the exam, and out of 100+ students, he was one of just eight awarded the full scholarship!

At 23, I left home to work abroad, hoping to lift my family from poverty. Despite my efforts, I felt hopeless and never finished what I started. In Lebanon, I saved to build our family house but used my funds to support my siblings' education. Returning to the Philippines, I had no savings, and our business failed. In Hong Kong, drowning in debt, a flyer led me to UCKG. There, I made a pact with God—to put Him first and act in faith. Though I lost everything in a scam, I repented and renewed my covenant. Today, I’m debt-free, our home is complete, I own farmland, and my family is restored.
